My questions are: (1) where is the primary battery and is it easy to replace it? or (2) can I deactivate the primary battery and just use the secondary battery? The primary battery is bad and the secondary battery is ok based on the status. The secondary battery seems fine, but it looks like the laptop needs to charge the primary battery first before charing the secondary battery. My T470 has two batteries, The primary battery has a low capacity and it's hard to charge it.
